We work with a network of over 15 produce farms & orchards, 3 meat farmers & butchers, and over 10 small bakers & makers.

Anyone can pick up your bag for you. Simply have them give your name during pick-up. If you do not pick up your bag in the given window of time, your bag is donated. Each pick-up stop is different. For example, North Royalton donates to a private women's shelter.

Yes! We will simply credit you for the weeks you did not participate. Order using the $100 deposit option, and we will call you for the remaining balance.

We send out a weekly E-Newsletter for exactly this reason! Each week, we send you an email to say exactly what’s in the bag, explain less known/popular produce, and give easy-to-cook recipes with the produce in your bag. We hope this helps make it easy to try new things and use up all the produce in your bag.

Yes! We have many people who find ways to share a bag. Some take turns picking up every other week. Others split up the bag on a weekly basis. All you need to do is choose 1 family's name to put it under. Then, let us know.

Unfortunately, we do not substitute items. Due to our small staff & simple systems, we are unable to handle individual substitutions. We do highly encourage trading with other members, sharing extras with loved ones, and trying produce in new ways.

1. Large Share:
   This is ideal for 2-4 people who eat a primarily fresh-food diet, or families of 4-6 looking to add fresh produce to their diet. It comes with 1 dozen eggs, 1-2 fruits in larger quantities, and 6-8 vegetables & greens each week. Produce in this share is typically simple, familiar, and easy to eat (though there are typically 1-2 less common produce items in the bag per week).

   Real examples of past Large Shares:

   Spring: Quart strawberries, pint blueberries, 3/4 lb spinach, 1 bunch green onions, 2 zucchini, 1 head lettuce, 1 large bunch beets, garlic scapes, 1 dozen eggs

   Summer: 2 lb peaches, 6 ears sweet corn, 2 cucumbers, 1 large tomato, 1 large bunch carrots, 1 bunch swiss chard, 1 heirloom tomato, 1 large eggplant, 1 dozen eggs

   Fall: 3/4 lb plums, 3 sweet peppers, 1 pint cherry tomatoes, 1 red onion, 3 lb potatoes, 1 cauliflower, 1.5 lb apples, 1 lb green beans, 1 acorn squash, 1 dozen eggs
   
   

2. Medium Share:
   This is ideal for 1-2 people who eat a primarily fresh-food diet, or families of 2-4 looking to add fresh produce to their diet. It comes with 1/2 dozen eggs, 1-2 fruits, and 4-6 vegetables & greens each week. Produce in this share is typically simple, familiar, and easy to eat (though there may be 1 less common produce item in the bag per week).

   Real examples of past Medium Shares:

   Spring: Pint strawberries, pint blueberries, 1/2 lb spinach, 1 bunch green onions, 2 zucchini, 1 head lettuce, 1 small bunch beets, 1/2 dozen eggs

   This is ideal for 1-2 people looking to add fresh produce to their diet. It comes with 1-2 fruits and 3-5 vegetables & greens each week. Produce in this share is typically simple, familiar, and easy to eat.

   Fall: 1/2 lb plums, 1 sweet pepper, 1 pint cherry tomatoes, 1 red onion, 2 lb potatoes, 1 small cauliflower

Our meat shares come with 2-3 lbs of high-quality, locally-grown and butchered meat each week. We include a variety of chicken, pork, and beef. Meat is butchered early in the week, then frozen. It will come to you frozen and can be thawed when you're ready to enjoy it.

Examples of previous meat add-ons:

• 3 lbs chicken breasts

• 1 lb ground beef & 1 lb Italian pork sausage

• 2 lbs beef burgers (1/3 lb each)

• 1 lb bacon & 1 lb breakfast sausage

• 1 lb onion bratwurst & 1 lb chicken sausage

Our pantry shares come with approximately 2 locally made “pantry staples” that will help round out your produce shares. Once-a-month, you will receive fresh bread and fresh pasta. Other items vary based on seasonality.

Examples of previous pantry add-ons:

• 1 lb freshly made pasta & 1 jar farmers pasta sauce

• 1 loaf french bread & honey

• Spelt pancake mix & maple syrup

• Garden salsa & pita bread

• Salad dressing & baguette

• Cornbread mix & dried 6-bean medley

Yes! With a minimum of 10 sign-ups, we can drop off directly to your business or group.

We have private businesses who cover some or all of the CSA shares for their employees.
